How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need changes, contact us within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee changes once your order is being prepared for shipment.


Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

How long will delivery take?

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Express shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Visit our Exchange Policy page for details.

Do you offer refunds?
We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds are issued only for defective items or if an exchange is unavailable.
